  • How should Generic Prilosec be Taken?

    The medication should be taken in the exact quantity as mentioned by the doctor and the prescription label should be followed. This medicine is usually taken before eating or having breakfast. This medication is advised to take once every 24 hours for two weeks. Before starting the next session of treatment with Generic Prilosec, an interval of at least three to four months should elapse. The pill should be taken in whole and crushed and chewed. Neither should any overdose happen, this might prove to be detrimental to the human body. Overdose might cause side effects like fast heartbeat, vomiting, feeling of drowsiness, blurred vision, perspiration, nausea or dry mouth.
